98/... - Attending the Physics Ph.D. program at SUNY Stony Brook
with a 3.08 GPA.
Programming Experience:
Seven years experience programming in C.
Developed/modified several numerical applications used for
research in physics. These included numerical algorithms for sorting,
solving linear equations systems,
differential equations, integrals and FFTs. They also helped developing
a good understanding of numerical problems and to some extent of
parallel computing.
Experience developing for the Linux platform and in
open source projects.
Lead developer of the EMU10K1 Linux kernel sound
driver. Also developed several user applications
to control the sound card.
Experience developing for SMP machines at the application
level (using POSIX threads) and kernel level (with special focus
on the Linux kernel implementation).
Various small contributions to Linux kernel drivers.
